MMH MALTA - Week 23 of 2018.
Mediterranean Maritime Hub (MMH) is located within the inner of Valletta (Grand Harbour), and ideally positioned to serve the marine oil and gas servicing industries by providing drilling, sub-sea and marine operations, engineering, maintenance and storage and other services.
The following are movements within Week 23 -
At 0707 hrs the 2012 built ITA flag Offshore Tug/Supply Ship VOS THALASSA entered Valletta coming from Offshore Libya.
At 0845 hrs the 2003 built NIS flag Platform Supply Vessel (PSV) SKANDI CALEDONIA entered Valletta.
Monday 4th June, 2018.
At 0749 hrs the 2012 built GIB flag offshore tug/supply ship tugboat VOS ATHOS entered Valletta coming from Kingstown, Jamaica.
At 1447 hrs the 2005 built NLD flag tugboat EN AVANT 1 entered Valletta coming from Offshore Libya.
Wednesday 6th June, 2018.
At 1200 hrs the 2003 built NIS flag Platform Supply Vessel (PSV) SKANDI CALEDONIA left Valletta.
Thursday 7th June, 2018.
While the 2012 built ITA flag Offshore Tug/Supply Ship VOS THALASSA was leaving Valletta bound to Al Jurf Oilfied, Libya she encountered an engine failure with local tugboat SEA SALVOR giving assistance coming from Offshore Libya.
