OFFSHORE -  MPSV ARIADNE at Malta - 11.04.2018. The 2009 built CYP flag multi purpose supply vessel  ARIADNE  entered Valletta (Grand Harbour), Malta for bunkering operations by tanker SPIRO F on Wednesday 11th April 2018 while on passage from Elefsis, Greece to Pozzuoli, Italy  due to heavy swell. PASSER BY - MPOV SKANDI CARLA - 22.02.2018. The 2001 built BHS flag multi purpose offshore vessel  SKANDI CARLA  was spotted at 2230 hrs (2130 UTC)  passing by 30 nautical miles North off Valletta, Malta bound to Istanbul, Turkey from Gibraltar on Thursday 22nd February 2018.  She was built in Norway by VARD Aukra at Aukra with 84 metre as length overall and owned by DOF Subsea, Norway.      Below are images of the vessel entering Valletta back to 23rd February, 2007 to drydock at Malta Shipyards Dock 2- And the below image of the vessel leaving Aberdeen Harbour, UK  back to 20th May 2010 - Photos by Capt. BAHR ESSALAM FIELD Movements - SKANDI HERA at Malta. The 2009 built NOR flag multi purpose offshore vessel  SKANDI HERA  was seen leaving Valletta, Malta during the dusk period of Christmas Eve 2017 after she entered for mobilizing at the Mediterranean Maritime Hub (MMH). She's the former OLYMPIC HERA and homeported at Fosnavaag, Norway.  The SKANDI HERA measures 93.8 metres long, 23 metres wide and 10 metres from main deck to keel, and performs anchor handling, supply, subsea and construction operations.
