Ships at Haifa, Israel in Week 7 of 2018. The following movements are covered by a friend at Haifa, Israel - Monday 12th February, 2018. The salvage grounded vessel DIANA was moved to a lay up berth inside Port of Haifa. Wednesday 14th February, 2018. While the offshore supply ship STRATIS Z was anchored an Israeli navy Dolphin Class Submarine approached by.  Thursday 15th February, 2018. The French Navy Georges Leygues class frigate D643 FS JEAN DE VIENNE called for a diplomatic visit. Her previous one was back to 20th November 2016. Dredging operations completed with THSD SHAHAF, EDT SIMI and EDT YAM at the new harbor. DYNAMIC MANTA EXERCISE 2018  Dynamic Manta is one of two annual NATO-led maritime Anti-Submarine Warfare interoperability exercises. Manta is conducted in the Mediterranean and the other ASW exercise, Dynamic Mongoose, is conducted in the North Atlantic region. The aim of this exercise is to provide all participants with complex and challenging warfare training to enhance their interoperability and proficiency in anti-submarine and anti-surface warfare skills. The Exercise will start on Monday 5th March up to Friday 16th March in the Ionian Sea    with ships, submarines, aircraft and personnel from 10 Allied Nations.
