World's Largest Helicopter in Malta - MIL MI-26


The World's Largest Helicopter, the MIL Mi-26 was seen in Malta exactly 3 years ago back to 21st April, 2015. She was on a ferry flight registered as RA-06029. during 2013 she was spotted in Sudan wearing United Nations (UN) colours.

 The Mil Mi-26 (Russian: ÐœÐ¸Ð»ÑŒ Ми-26 and NATO reporting name as HALO) is a Soviet/Russian heavy transport helicopter. Operated by both military and civilian operators, it is the largest and most powerful helicopter.

Last Voyage - SEVEN OSPREY at Malta - 05.01 - 17.02.2018. The 1984 built LBR flag diving and light construction  vessel SEVEN OSPREY  left Valletta (Grand Harbour), Malta on Saturday 17th February, 2018 from Bormla Wharf at Palumbo Malta Shipyard Ltd after she entered Valletta on Friday 5th January berthing at the Mediterranean Maritime Hub (MMH) and shifted to Palumbo on Saturday 6th January.
